Peeking out of our winter's den we begin to notice the trickles of light that beckon hibernating daffodil bulbs and delicate plum blossom buds to easefully wiggle awake on branches all around. Our bodies readying for what's to come but still in the slow. Yes, the slow. No matter the season, the concept of slow can seem like a cruel joke. The tug of all there is to do may periodically present a mismatch in what our ancestral genes have been designed to allow for this time of year. So we go on doing while our bodies yearn for the slow.
